The LYNX Charge 2000 is RASCO's first electric road sweeper, an electric sweeper that just keeps going. With a hopper volume of 2 m³, it is a testament to state-of-the-art technology and is specially designed to meet different user needs with maximum efficiency and performance.
The lynx charge 2000 outperforms its diesel counterpart in power and efficiency, delivering a quieter, cleaner and lower maintenance sweeping experience throughout the entire work shift.
LYNX Charge 2000 draws its power from an impressive 72,5 kWh Lithium-ion battery pack, supporting and operating time of up to 8 hours. With LYNX Charge 2000 the entire work shift can be completed without a need for recharging. When battery eventually empties, onboard 22 kW charger tops it up in up to 4 hours.
Unlike LYNX 2000 that has only one engine, LYNX Charge 2000 has three electromotors responsible for powering the drive train, suction fan and electrohydraulic power pack. 55kW electromotor is responsible for propelling the sweeper, 11.5 kW electromotor for powering the suction fan and 18,5 kW electromotor for powering load sensing hydraulic pump providing oil flow and pressure to the hydraulic subsystems like steering and front brushes. Combined, LYNX Charge 2000 packs more power than the diesel version.
The electric drive system is not only cleaner and more efficient, but also quieter and requires less maintenance than conventional diesel engines. Built on the LYNX platform, LYNX Charge 2000 is not just an electrified version of LYNX 2000, it is truly a fully pledged electric sweeper delivering the same efficiency as the diesel version does.
